Kershaw Leek > Scallion > Chive.

They are all tremendous -made knives with a great price and hold well. I just had to sharpen my leek for the first time and it's blade is Dec 08. Get the one that you like the most size wise, the ol' lady carries the Chive and seems to enjoy it. Pay the few extra bucks for the black one, they look nice and cool when they are all beat up. as always, 1sks.com.

Heck yeah.

~$22 from Kershawguy on bladeforums. The Chive was a bit too small for me but the Scallion is just about perfect.

I was in a hurry and didn't get to elaborate. I LOVE little knives like that, but I'm going for a more traditional style pocket knife - basically what an old redneck would carry. The whole wedding is a sort of 'country vintage' type thing, if that helps.

If you want a nice redneck knife, how about a Buck 55?

Does anyone have a Wenger Evowood knife? I've been looking for a nice wood handled Swiss army knife but I've only personally handled Victorinox ones before.

Once upon a time I had a carving knife that looked something like this -

The blade was flat on one side and some kind of super hard steel. Does anyone know if there's a name for this kind of knife or where I might find a new one?

Kiridashi or kiridashi kogatana. Japan Woodworker carries a few. Here is their offering of right handed models.

Not only is that exactly it, that's also a really cool website. Thanks
