They definitely do. They also try a lot harder to get movie rights than Rhino ever did. Although Rhino did steal that one Godzilla movie for us.

I was amazed at what the man actually did. Before I watched the extra all I knew SF from was bad movies. It's not really a surprise he was meh about the MST treatment. Shout has done a great job with the extras, I love hearing about old Hollywood and how crazy it was back then.
