I think the first part of the clip is the after credits scene from Captain America, followed by a quick teaser for The Avengers. By now most Marvel fans should know to expect Nick Fury post credit crawl. They're finally being rewarded.

No, it makes sense. Every post-credit scene has been laying the groundwork for The Avengers movie. This opens exactly like one of those clips, no rating or usual trailer intro. The fact that it's begins with Captain America makes that seem all the more plausible.

Yeah, but this is also the culmination of four movies of set-up leading to this one big film. Now is the time to cement in people's minds that this movie is happening.

Exactly. Yes, it's not the usual way a new trailer debuts, but it's what every post-credit sequence has been building up to. Now for the fans that stick around every time it's a little treat a year out. I'm sure you'll see it with the regular batch of movie trailers closer to next summer.

My immediate thought on Thor's new look for the Avengers was because of this article I read where Chris Hemsworth apparently got so buff for Thor that his arms were losing circulation and his hands were going numb with the silver-sleeved armor. Makes sense.

Because it's a bootleg. All the links on streaming sites seem to be gone. I know bootleg scripts are off limits. So I'm not sure if a direct link to the file is kosher or not.

In other news I just saw Daredevil and goddamn is that thing a piece of poo poo. Everything about it is terrible, I have no idea how Ebert thought it was 'actually pretty good.' It's not even ten years old and it feels horribly dated. Bad CGI, bad acting, an unbelievable love subplot with no chemistry, musical choices that immediately tell you when it was made, matrix homages while matrix movies were still in the theaters, bad costumes, long runtime, just ugh. I really can't say anything good about it at all other than Ben Affleck and Michael Clark Duncan having a decent moment or two occasionally.

Elektra was the worst part, she had no chemistry with Matt and somehow we're supposed to believe he loved her even though he spent an incredibly small amount of time with her. They don't even bother implying that they spent more time together. Apparently the scene on the rooftop with the rain was added during reshoots, at that...

I though Bullseye was good and I didn't have a problem with the costume at all. Daredevil was frustrating because I thought they got a lot right and that only served to highlight how horrible the stuff they hosed up really was.

I really want to know how big they're going to make Bane, Banes whole thing is that he's huge and Hardy's shorter than Bale irl. I doubt theres going to be any blowing him up with CGI but I know you can do a lot with just camera angles.

I hate to say it but everything about that teaser just looked like they weren't ready to put it out but decided they would throw something together at the last second. I mean I'm excited for the movie but I don't think this will generate much interest outside of the fact that it's a sequel to one of the biggest movies ever (I mean the teaser itself isn't very interesting or put together very well). I mean Bane is not a name the public knows in comparison to the Joker and even then, people still probably wouldn't know who that is in the trailer.
