Hemsworth is loving jacked man. I read somewhere that as part of his weight gain diet he ate two whole chickens every day.

He must have taken advice from Stern on the chickens. I'm excited by Cage's comments on Rider. Cap I would put 30ish or younger. I hope Samuel L Jackson is not bored otherwise get Tommy Lee and have a scene together ragging on the Avengers.

In the movies I'd put Cap at probably between 25 and 30. They never give a frame of reference (that I remember) for his age before taking the serum. But I wouldn't place him on the lower end of the twenties. In the comics the passage of time is a bit different and the super serum formula plays with the aging process. Seeing as most people put it at about 12-14 years from the first appearance of the FF I'd place the Cap in the comics as actually being between 35 and 40 currently but with the body of someone around 30.

Timby posted:The likelihood of another Hulk film at this point is pretty minimal, so I absolutely would not be shocked if Whedon goes for something like "Loki gets the Hulk under his control, and Hulk inadvertently murders Betty Ross." It's the kind of shock thing (and angsty thing) that Whedon digs. Cause we all know that what the Hulk really needs is more angst. Dudes just too footloose and fancy free for modern audiences, we need to darken him up some more.

I recently watched League of Extraordinary Gentlemen and can pretty confidently say that, based on the source material, this is the worst comic book movie ever made. Hyde's arms

It's bad movie, but Catwoman is worse. Though I'm not a big fan of the source material anyway. Of course there's a ton of direct to video and TV movies that trump both. But I'm speaking strictly of movies released in theaters.

I have managed to avoid Catwoman until now, but the idea that it is somehow worse than League of Extraordinary Gentlemen is both frightening and strangely fascinating at once.

What's sad is that three of the worst superhero movies ever were female fronted spinoff movies. Supergirl, Catwoman, and Elektra were just wretched films.

I see nothing wrong with those Avengers shots, and Chris Evans is such a perfect Captain America that it's ridiculous. Love the updated costume, too.

It's not even close. Without the source material, it's a dull, serviceable middling movie. the source makes it more disappointing, but still not nearly as bad as Superman 3 or especially 4, Batman and Robin, Supergirl, Catwoman, Alien vs. Predator, Elektra, Son of the Mask, Dolph Lundgren Punisher, Steel, or Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 3.

The Thomas Jane version was quite good I thought but I hated War Zone and it was so loving cheesy I had to turn it off. The fake italian mobsters just turned me right off, such lovely accents that belong in a YouTube video.

I'm not sure if the characters respective supporting casts will even be in it much, have they announced anything like that? Gwyneth Paltrow, Don Cheadle and Natalie Portman alone would be a pretty big expenditure on top of what the main cast is taking. Who would they use as Betty Ross? Tyler again or someone else?
