mind the walrus posted:E: ^^^^ He's being literal too. George Perez hurt his wrist drawing the cover to JLA/Avengers #3 which featured every JLA or Avengers character up to that point, and the climax also features nearly every JLA/Avenger character including costume-swaps (i.e: You see Mullet Superman fighting with Cap's 1940s shield side by side with Native American Hawkeye) due to a fairly clever plot device. Found one that works for me. Looking at it, I love that Jade, Kilowog, Rayner, Stewart, even Guy loving Gardner, all of the Green Lanterns featured on there are helping out somehow except Hal "I'm too good for this poo poo" Jordan.

It's just a teaser. The movie's a year off, that couple of minutes isn't the only thing we're going to see of the movie. It's a bit early to be passing judgment and writing the film off.

Jerk McJerkface posted:Bonds origin story is basically government agent gets to confirmed kills, gets double-O status. There's not much to it besides that. We don't see what led him to joining the government, the background to his mission, and all that. Bonds origin is hardly like a superhero origin. I don't think it's an apt comparison.

poo poo, I'm not even American and I always had this perception of Captain America not being "USA! USA!", but rather "Hey guys, this is what we could be if we got our poo poo together!"

And Stark ends with “and somehow you managed to piss them all off.”
