an icebreaker at 6pm seems kind of late and it being 3hrs shows it is going to take a long time for the aspergers to go away and let these people be comfortable around others.

So this swedish guy goes into the room behind them while everyone is busy talking about amazing bitcoins and staring at the semi-attractive woman who was there he takes off his backpack opens the desk drawers and steals 3 laptops by just shoving them in his backpack. He then walks out and i guess wasn't seen again
