Well from a standing position, raise your arms straight up; can you rotate your hands in to be fully supinated without the assistance of a fixed object like a bar while keeping your arms straight up? When I add on weight, the path I take becomes straighter and the position at the bottom can't be held away from my body, which all but forces me to go pronated. At bodyweight I can probably do any variation thanks to the body control I'm allowed.

Tried some No-Xplode or whatever today, tasted like poo poo and gave me no poops so that's a bust. 02/03/12 DB Bench: 90x8, 6, 4, 80x6 DB Incline (60°): 50x9, 45x9, 40x9 DB Shoulder Press: 30x12, 10, 9 Cable Chest Press: 70x9, 60x11, 50x8 (paired w/ flies) Seated Cable Fly: 40x11, 35x10, 30x12 Scott Lateral & Gironda Side Raises, Prone Variations, shoulder death CS Incline DB Shrug: 90x15, 80x15, 70x15 (paused more each set) Cambered-Bar Pushdown: 130x7, 115x9, 100x12+4+2 Plank: +135x40s, 30s, +90x30s, +45x45s No gains in lift numbers but I'm able to touch chest on DB bench and I think I've found a good motion for incline. Tested out a shitload of lateral raises so was fried on trap stuff, but think I'll settle on scott laterals as a primary exercise and gironda side raises at the end of the workout. No excuse on the planks, they just sucked rear end. ![]() Me right now so nap time then log creeping because yeah that's how I spend Fridays.

Meant to say primary focus would start with Biceps and go up that list; I'll do chest pics tonight, just wanted to see if I'd gotten my back to where I was before (proof deadlifts are dumb). I've been doing traps as an every-workout thing, and that'll probably switch to lateral delts and biceps (alternating "heavy" and light).
