Didn't Justin Wong actually do Dan's super into ultra in an actual match? How many decafuns was that? Was it even measurable?

I jokingly called Metaknight "Metal Kirby" near a Smash Bros player and he got really upset!

(I didn't see if you said where you got it) Yeah I bought it from a guy on SA Mart. It's just as likely that UPS abused it. I opened it up, took apart the stick, opened the microswitches, futzed with them, blew air on them, now it's fixed ![]() Also when I opened it up, I found this ![]() ![]() I'm guessing the red plasticky stuff is from the factory, which means someone at Mad Catz stripped the hell out of this screw and used a nut to fix it.

Nope, that stuff is on every TE. From what I understand, they don't use it anymore, though. At least it is not applied to the SFxT sticks, from what I've read.

Plus <$200 is a decent deal for a dual-console stick. Anyone have any experiences with regards to their reliability and mod-ability? Kinda late but Laugh is a super cool guy and definitely knows his poo poo about arcade sticks/arcade machines -- he has 4 arcade machines set up in his apartment and like every type of stick. And parts lying around everywhere. I would personally expect a stick produced by Laugh to be high quality for sure.

Hey guys, I've been looking for an old and funny Japanese MvC2 video. It had some dumb comeback at the end of it with Tron against Thanos that played out in slow motion and had the Fatal KO Jingle from HnK play over it, and a bunch of other funny edits inter-sped throughout the video. I can't seem to find it on youtube anymore

ShinsoBEAM! posted:At least P-ciels reversal looks parryable Red arc's was/is a blockable command throw reversal that was +3 on block and dashed across 2/3 the screen and you couldn't parry it. Did I mention you could combo off of it? I don't recall any version of MB where Warc EX teleport wasn't sheidable or had any invincibility at all. It was like vulnerable for about 2-3f after flash, but yes puts her in a nice position on block. It's certainly not a reversal though, Warc's reversal is 236C, at least in MBAC and MBAA C-moon.

So the playable cast so far is ... P4 Main, Yosuke, Chie, Yukiko, Kanji, Naoto, Teddie, Aigis Rise doesn't seem to be playable I guess? So that's 2 more characters left if she isn't. Game looks pretty good so far. Looking forward to it, even though it will be horribly broken.

What the hell ever happened to that planned console port of MBAACC, anyways? I still play AC every now and again, but all the new poo poo really makes me want to play it. Well, if nothing else, the PC port will be out in a while, but it's too bad there's no netplay on it.

Getting stuff to work on 360 is a lot harder and more expensive, as all 360 accessories need a special chip or something. The best way is to just buy a 360 stick and modify it to also work on PS3.

PS3 to 360 adapters are pretty rare and often don't work too well. It has something to do with the 360 having tighter security about what you can and can't plug into it. I bought an adapter that was mentioned in a thread on SRK and it only works on older sticks (it works on my HRAP3, but not TEs). I tried finding it on eBay or Amazon but it seems to have vanished from the internet. It was a generic sort of thing so I dunno the name of the company that made it.
