Race from 1-40 with a starting date
Race across the world levels X-X only no flightpaths/spells/whatever
Under X level pvp
Under X level korean pvp
Under X level last man standing (can you even do every man for himself in wow?)

You could also do events for people with very little/no experience of wow (like myself) like taking them through dungeons, running a mentor system etc etc.

If it's a large, dumb undercut buy them out and relist them at market value. If it's a tiny undercut to just make their bags appear above yours in the list, stop whining, that's just the way the Auction House works.
It's quite possible it's me that you're talking to, but I would have no idea as I never even look at the names of the people I'm competing against on the AH, I just scan with auctioneer and let it fill in prices for me.

As a notice, our members Pico, Dookina, and Toeman were banned today. This is the message I sent Freaky and his response to explain the situation:

Now, our community isn't exactly known for being the most well-hearted people on the internet, but in the case of hacking to reach a high level while the rest of the player base had to climb our way up is not fair on any standard. I don't know what you're capable of checking to see, perhaps the /played time or the date the accounts were created, but if you could look into the matter that would be wonderful.

Ozzmosis tanked RFC for me. He was nice enough, but based on his typing, he appears to have been playing the game in texts from his phone. There are a lot of people like that in the guild, it's bizarre.
