![]() Dry rubbed pork tenderloin (paprika, ground ancho chili, brown sugar, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, pepper). Cooked sous vide at 57C (nice and pink!) and seared briefly. Served with cherry tomatoes sauteed with garlic and a cucumber salad.
