Although this does make me think, what is the ideal method to set up fake fullscreen/borderless windowed? I remember turning it on once but I don't remember how.

If he actually thought the NCR winning was also an acceptable outcome I think he might seem more credible with all of his ideological bullshit. As it is I think he’s twisting a very simplistic version of historical materialism to suit his own desire for power.
