Origin seems to have been kind enough to send me a CD key even thought I canceled my pre-order. Origin shows it's a redeemable code for BF3, so it's up for grabs to the quickest nerd here. e: this means PM me or post email and it's yours.

Welp. I try to join a server and it get's stuck at initializing forever and BF3 never loads  Campaign, Co-op, Multiplayer, no dice. I literally changed nothing and was playing fine last night.

Holy mother of gently caress  please do something about this Fisher-Price HUD overlay. It'd be nice if I could see anything while I'm looking around besides big honking loving glowing symbols on top of everything right in the middle of my goddamn line of vision.Also, immediately fire whoever was responsible for the design and placement of the chat window. Who would stick it in that retarded spot NEXT to the kill feed when there is absolutely jack poo poo going on in the upper left hand corner of the screen??? Otherwise, great game and of course it wouldn't be true Battlefield unless they leave these glaringly obvious mistakes in and never patch them.

I have switched the #pcgaming server temporarily to 48 players because half the maps are unplayable on a 64player server due to lag. It is like beta all over again. I don't know what they broke because towards the end of the beta 64 player servers were working fine.

One thing I like about war tapes' sonic snap when a bullet near misses you is the fact that it allows you to instantly hear when all 15 AI opponents switch targets to you the moment the introduction set piece of everybody cinematically leaping into cover while poo poo around them explodes is over. I've only played SP a bit at a friend's place and it was a poo poo colored corridor full of poo poo colored trees and poo poo colored rock with poo poo colored enemies hiding between them, how far is that into the game?

WookWook, TukTuk, Canteloupe Island, EuroWook and EuroWook Mini all only have a 2 man limit to start a game. Anyone having blue screening issues? It's weird. I played for about 6 hours straight last night with no issues. today I've played about 45 minutes and then it dumps to blue screen. I did notice (not sure if this was for certain happening) but that my screen would occasionally flicker green for a split second. GFX card overheating?

Seems next to impossible to get kills with an LMG unless its deployed. I guess thats the point of the class but I'd like a little more accuracy or something.

The random dxgi.dll error makes it impossible to join MP. The time it takes for me to try 5-6 times to get past the error usually means even empty server has filled up. Once game loads though I'm solid. The chopper co-op mission is pretty good practice. Can you select different firing modes for the Javline?

Unless money isn't an object, just get a 2nd tier card from the recommended list at whatever good price you can find and you should be fine for 1-2 years.

I love this poo poo where you get stuck in an enemy's chase-cam despite spawning. You can still shoot and move around, but have no idea where you are or what's happening to your body. It's a weird feeling to come to the realization that your only way out (that isn't Escape, Suicide) is to look down and throw a grenade, hoping it kills you.

The green/orange/white flashes seem to be a bug that's been about since alpha, apparently. It doesn't happen often enough to detract from the game, but it's a bit of a pain. I'm getting it on a 1 month old gtx 570 with the latest drivers.
