Are you sure you want to cut that fast? It sounds like you're too far ahead of schedule. You could be dealing with dangerous muscle loss.

Make sure you only eat protein so that you can preserve some of your muscle mass if you're going to be losing weight that quick. NEVER under ANY circumstances eat carbs

david carmichael posted:172. i blew it. You'll never look like an underwear model and you have regrets about how you spent your youth. Fine. You are now like 99% of the rest of the world. Those are pretty much the only things you know about yourself in ten years. Do you think you'll be 42 and say "Gosh, I am so glad I was 175lbs throughout my 30s?" Or would you rather bust your rear end and find out what else might be out there? You know what being 175lbs is like. You have no idea what it's like to be 170lbs and on your third, fifth, eighth year of dedication to a serious nutrition and workout program. You have no idea what it's like to be 35 and in better shape than you were when you were 25. You have no idea what it's like to be 65 and still lifting or 85 and going for a jog when you wake up when other people your age are waiting for a nurse to escort them to the bathroom. You can spend your time crying about how you didn't have abs and sexy times and spring breaks with billions of hot ladies or whatever in your 20s, or you can realize that you have 40-50+ years left in you and perhaps you should live them instead of being convinced you died when you turned 30.
