Marketplace sale starting today at 12 pm PST: http://forums.station.sony.com/eq2/...topic_id=516485 e: It's up, I am looking through it now. A bunch of the mounts (some fliers, a lot of land) have rebates. Every appearance backpack but the new one has a rebate. Tsurupettan fucked around with this message at Mar 23, 2012 around 19:16 |

Too bad it wasn't on AoD, and I missed the last SC sale as well. No way I am shelling $40 out for it though, but I do want the Beastlord and mercs.

I can't see if it's on rebate, even if I uncheck hiding unusable items. Maybe it is. This is supposed to be some 'explorer' pack or whatever, maybe it fits the theme? It will say REBATE on the icon if so.

It doesn't look like it is on there this time around. If I had a few more months of sub under my belt I could have bought AoD with my free SC. So I broke down and got AoD. Are beastlords shunned for groups as I was going to start one when I get on next. WhiteBoyShuffle fucked around with this message at Mar 24, 2012 around 00:34 |

In feral stance you are basically dps. In spiritual stance you can play the role of utility, using wards (like a defiler) or power restoration (like an enchanter.) There's loads of other things you can do, but this is just to give a VERY broad idea. Oh, and, as a pet class, you are only as strong as your pet... So if you level up a warder to Grandmaster, that pet will have a fantastic advantage over an Adept pet.

I can't come right now. Sorry. e: vvv She's talking about my silly rear end who hit 90 tonight and immediately logged off. Doing something else right now, will be on when I am done. Dirges are pretty cool, RO can be a bit complicated to get 'right' but they're solid overall.

Speaking of dirges, I really should get Wootabega to 90, but I was getting my butt kicked in the first DoV zone, but I suppose with a merc it will be much more enjoyable.

ZAM is pretty un-helpful here. Where are the vendors who sell Drunder gear, and does anyone know how many shards the head and shoulders cost? e: vvv ZAM claims that there are two npcs who sell it. loving ZAM. Just not paying 150p per piece.I did buy the rage filled ore for my boots/bracers/gloves though. The rage filled ore is cheaper than buying some of the gems (30p for jaundice, 7.5p for ore for boots.) e2: God drat ZAM is dumb. How is this game? I'm looking to pick it up casually until D3 and was wondering if it's fun to play. I already downloaded the client and am tempted to unlock the Monk class (played one in EQ).

Taking some advice, I rerolled a Iksar Dirge and went through Timorous Deep which I found 1000 times more easy to get around and do things as compared to Greater Fay. The zone itself was so fluid from one section to another, while GF is just a pain in the butt moving around. Plus for the side fact that my Dirge ripped through mobs like crazy compared to the half-elf monk I first rolled. Anyway...how are alts dealt with within the guild? Kinda want to get my dirge in the guild, as I kinda abandoned my monk.

New house added to the store today, and an entry on the housing list I don't remember seeing. On the market, Research's Sanctum. Using resources from Perah'Celsis, it's pretty loving big. Kind of boring, but I'm sure some sperglord will do something awesome. The other entry I only took one screenshot of, it is called 'Dimensional Pocket' and it is a clone of the entryway to Palace. http://imgur.com/a/6aROS Dimensional Pocket is the last image, rest are Sanctum.

I want to buy it and break out of it to see if you can drown. Or build something out in the water. Edit: Crafting in Skyshrine = To get the level 91 & 92 books, you must do the quest line. On every TS. It's not a quick 5 minute quest here. And this is for the regular books and the advanced. Right now, only the guild miners go out for T10 stuff. A stack of fuel costs 7 plat. And part of the quest requires you to be on the other side of the zone. You can't fly the entire way there and dodge mobs if you are not high enough level to fight because periodically you get knocked from the sky from the dragon watching. So you must have someone drop a flag to get there if you do not have the mount path available. Awesome job, new crafting dev. 2nd edit: I just noticed you don't even have to be TS 91 or 92 to scribe. Level 90 to scribe both levels. ??? Sarah fucked around with this message at Mar 29, 2012 around 16:08 |

The Bunny posted:Getting back into the game. Starting a beastmaster. But I got a necromancer. Did they get rid of server transfers. Server transfers are still there but you need to jump through hoops now because they had people stealing credit cards and laundering it through station cash. You need to be subscribed at a gold level for at least 60 days (either through SC or via credit card), and at time of transfer the last 7 days of payment through a credit card. Don't believe they have exceptions for this rule.

Too bad SOE doesn't take a page from Trion and have free server transfers to any server you want whenever you want as often as you want, available right there at the character select screen.
