 You can level sneak to 100 in about 5 minutes in the intro dungeon. You can backstab your nord buddy repeatedly while he stares at the first locked door asking you to please open it. After you get your first levelup, you drop a perk into sneak and then about every 4th attack is a sneak and a skillup.

Between sneak, silent casting from getting illusion up to 50 with muffle you can pretty severely break the game in about 20 minutes.
