That's one thing I hate about a lot of these shows. I mean, it can't really be that common for chefs to be great at both desserts and appetizers/entrees right? I hate that all these shows force competitors to do both and would much rather have a show that separates desserts from everything else since I am not much of a dessert person and find watching people make desserts boring as hell.
