I've owned KF since release, reaching 6 isn't so bad once you realize it's not really much of a thing once you treat it as less of a task. I play KF because everyone seems to own it and it's fun, so I can find someone new and play KF with them, or with a group of friends since we very possibly all own it. so I end up keep coming back to KF over and over every few months for only a few weeks and it's really not that bad. just give it time, and you'll reach commando level 6. for reference, this is where I'm at now. I also just play commando as a way to get enough money to switch to demo and get the M32 MGL now, so there's that too.

Goddrat the MKb is fun. I feel like it's only natural that I switch out the bullpup in my bullpup+fal loadout just so that I can try and replace the memories of the MKb from RO2. I was hoping if they'd add in some ww2 guns, they'd add in the MP40. Tier 3 for the commando is the only tier that doesn't have any alternative choice to it at the moment. Seems like the bullpup is going to be alone in it's special little tier for a long time.

You don't notice the lovely support or commandos, but firebug has the potential to lag your scope, ruin headshot hitboxes without even trying, and mess up and rage suff even if they stop shooting in time. I notice a ton of lovely commandos personally. I see way too many commandos getting murdered because they decide to start unloading their AK into the scrake's chest upon first sight. It's not like I'm playing on the lower difficulties here either. Regardless of that though, I'd say the best way of telling if your commando is a bit poo poo would be to just check and see if he's not at the top or very very near the top of the scoreboard.

At first when KF went retail lots of people said "ah, another zombie survival game" but their season events, constant support and goofy style made it a really great game. You could just leave out the part where KF has a goofy art/plot and just leave in the part where KF got support and you can find a good point where RO2 went wrong. Still waiting for the release of that free vehicle dlc that they said would be most likely ready by the end of 2011.
