I don't know if it is possible to have a more well done OP....maybe in a hopeful future where this thread has a third generation as we all bask in untold GCCX greatness...

Very much looking forward to all the things to come and a hearty thanks to all making it happen!

Looking forward to these last 2 episodes---all of the Druaga franchise seems to be made of malice somehow or another, which I guess explains the Roguelike just about capping it off as I can't recall if there's been anything else major since then?

I also never really thought this would happen, guess I'll see if their style has changed on it somewhere later today.

Fantastic to see another new episode in the new year!

This deluge is awesome, it has only been a few days and I'm already so far behind! Rock on this glorious team!

An especially great episode for sure, Abe is such a badass in terms of being the MacGuyver of the show time and again.

I absolutely lost it time and again for the Abe(the food!), Wrestling, and Tanii segments---I guess we are lucky that the SEX parody of the show isn't shadowing it directly otherwise the segments would just be too ridiculous considering how far the real team already took it into hilarious creepiness.

Oh wow, THIS Pac-Man game! I went nuts trying to figure this out in my younger days as various parts of it were absolutely mind boggling or just super-harsh in their expectations.

Thanks yet again to all who make these releases possible.

Wow, just skimming through this rollercoaster ride of the thread of late these past several hours---absolutely blown away and have Never seen anything like it in all my years with any manner of show.

Massive congrats on the presents, faxes, and all else.

Fantastic news on the DVD's and congrats on landing the gig!

People: Discotek does quality work in general, at least on the anime side of things when I was more in sync with their offerings. When life smashed me down/current ongoing, crippling joblessness, I had to step away from my well wrought R1 anime collection ways, but their offerings made up a nice assortment of the final things I was able to get.

I don't know when I will be able to afford this dvd release, but it is surely now "up there" on the to-do list and at least the wishlist---would be a prime thing for the holidays as this last great while there's been nothing of the sort that could bring the kind of smile to my face that this show does despite my being rather down and out on life in general.

Finally got all caught up last night...loved every episode and especially that nice looking pizza!

I really enjoyed all the little Korean trip extras and followups...and we all know the April fool's project is destined to happen one day. Just like one fine day they'll somehow get Hard Gay on the show for a Cho Aniki episode or some such and all will be as it should be.

Wow, new ep already?! The release deluge begins anew!

Loved the special! Kirby dev...wow...I wonder if the entire game is some sort of projection...?

I will never tire of the songs created for this show---incredible!

sob...sob..."This is how much I suck."

More like maybe the dude is just so hungry but somehow can't make it happen? Secret competitive eater/masked luchador type? I just kind of want to see him be sat down to a platter of biscuits and go to town on it, or maybe something Kirby appropriate outside of just trapping him in a room filled with cotton candy and the like.

The choice of clips for the new song was perfectly executed---how they might ever top such a selection is beyond me though I guess hope springs eternal with each subsequent season

That is an insanely snazzy box---massive congrats in order!

The Game Center CX saga just keeps unfolding in such wonderful, often time baffling, directions~

Holy crap I hope this GasCoin Radio program gets subbed eventually---with that premise it can't lose! I want to see Abe intimidate his way towards all manner of quality groceries and foodstuffs across a wide variety of locations!

Finally caught up with the latest deluge and have thoroughly enjoyed the lot of it----Cardigan powers and surprisingly awesome singing/songs for the Project CX bits that somehow remind me of watching Harimanada, which is awesome unto itself.

Hey now, let's not forget the surely to be hilarious adult spin-off of the show for when things get "caught up"!

ExiledTinkerer
Nov 4, 2009
Even if Arino can't make it proper, all they need there is Abe, armed with a gigantic hot wok and various intimidating over-sized cooking utensils, with the merchandise situated such that the show goers can't escape his gaze/meal.

Some people are just going to be willfully ignorant when it comes to niche stuff like this---lord knows I saw tons of it back when I could afford to indulge in the R1 anime dvd market prior to entering the land of unemployment.

What matters is the fans that "get it" also being vocal, and more importantly, actually purchasing it as they are able to---that'll do a fair bit of damage in terms of drowning out senseless detractors.

That is fantastic---definitely pursue a trip to Japan at some point in the future, so good of them to be as cordial as they have been.

Chelnov episode was really spiffy work---first game totally unknown to me in a good while and a fair bit of nifty music to it oddly enough.

Surprise they didn't overlay a Kacho Beaam~! attack over his mask antics...

The more even tangentially related content out there in English the better if possible.

Hell I had a dream the other night that Abe rode in on a motorcycle to compete on the New Iron Chef---this is what these release deluges do to me, warp even my dreams!

Man the GnG finale was so tense and fantastic---thanks so much for it and all the rest in the series getting deftly wrapped up for all to enjoy!

Heh, even if a day arrives that GCCX is totally done, I guess there's always the porno version---who knows how far that will go into the future!

That said, really hope they don't stop at 10---still so many games and systems out there.

ExiledTinkerer
Nov 4, 2009
Did they, or perhaps could, the show also challenge games on the likes of the MSX, FM Towns, and other oddities? Arino vs Maze of Galious would be a sight to behold----and probably a multi-parter.

If he's doing PSX---he's fated to eventually do Ralph's Daibouken and the super slick visuals of death it will bequeath to the viewers.

Quiz show was fantastic, I totally lost it on the Zoo visit and woe be to the first guy or so that Kibe's daughter brings home...

Just caught up with all the recent releases and found them to be some of the best episodes yet---fantastic work!

I still want a food travelogue spinoff with Arino just wandering the land while the staff eats most of his finds when something occupies his attention.

Wow, going to thoroughly enjoy this Ring Ring Tactics compilation---only thing better would be an eventual one for Aces of Hardware if only for the fact it would generate a nice long stream of Bolero looping to make the world a better place.
