Yet another white, male, 6', mid-to-late-twenties, 180-200lb lifter. Good luck, I'll be watching here and on Fitocracy

You have a beard and mustache that won't connect to save your life? Don't worry, I am a computer nerd that has a bunch of tattoos. That can be the defining factor between us.

Okay I don't have any tattoos so we'll be distinguishable at least

I was thinking, I still play roguelike games now and then and back in the day I played a ton of NetHack and there was a yearly "DevNull" tournament, did you have anything to do with that or is DevNull just some kind of generic computer term?

My shoulders are almost always shrugged up and back hunched over. I have to work at pulling them down to correct my posture.

This is pretty much a daily battle for me as well. Definitely pay attention to it now though before it gets worse.

I have found weighted hyperextensions with the pads set at the right place (kinda covering your quads, allowing for full extension with rounded back at the bottom) totally kill my lower back, hamstrings, and glutes. I can feel my glutes squeeze at the top of the rep and they get tired out for sure.

A GHR is probably even better but I have literally never seen a gym that has had one so I've never gotten to try.
