Felt like doing a poo poo ton of reps for shoulders and really focusing on form on everything. Mind Muscle connection and all that. Plate Raise: 45x20,20,20 Side Raise: Cable behind back 20x20,18,15 Rear Delt Fly: Cable 35x20,20,17 Overhead Press: Standing 135x12 155x8,7 Note on these, for the first time in a long time I was able to go all the way down on these without pain. So instead of just down the bottom of ear level these are all the way down, and thus weak as gently caress.
