I drank Friday night and went to the gym before noon on Saturday. I didn't drink Saturday night and played video games all day Sunday. I think we all see what needs to happen.

Basically we just drink anything we can get our hands on. There was a half a twosix of cake flavored 3 Olives vodka sitting around at my friends place last weekend and I basically just drank it straight from the bottle.

I copied wasian today for my Tit/Triceps workout. Was pretty decent, for having never designed a BB split dude did pretty decent. I felt like poo poo but powered through, need to start eating a tiny bit more on weekends to get some strength going on my monday lifts. 4 Roses Single Barrel is an excellent bargain. Buffalo Trace is just about as cheap as Evan Williams and a lot better IMO.
