I can't say it's because of the fish oil, but I've been taking it since I started my log this year and I've yet to have any issues with my elbows. That's been a major problem in the past once I got up to benching over 150.

I keep my fish oil in the fridge and take 4-6 caps 2 or 3 times a day (usually).

New Nutritional Strategy for Muscle Gain

Muscle Gain - 153 lb male
14 x 153 lbs = 2142
2142 x 20% = 428
2142 + 428 = 2550 Daily Calories (Round to the nearest 50 increment)

2550 x 40% (Carb Ratio) = 1020 Carb Calories Divided by 4 (4 calories equals 1 gram of carbohydrate) ~250g of carb a day
2550 x 40% (Protein Ratio) = 1020 Protein Calories Divided by 4 (4 calories equals 1 gram of protein) ~ 250g of protein a day
2550 x 20% (Fat Ratio) ~ 500 Fat Calories Divided by 9 (9 calories equals 1 gram of fat) ~ 55g of fat a day.

So daily I want to eat 250g of Protein, 250g of Carbs, and 55g of Fat.

I am to fish oil what Defiant Sally is to Superpump. Just take lots of it and then take some more and then eat some actual fish and wash it down with more fish oil capsules. I don't know if it is really doing anything for the lifting but my skin is supernaturally perfect.

I tried to lift normal squats today. I only put 95 lbs on the bar. Having one hand only it is extremely difficult to do correctly. I saw some videos of people doing them, but they were all extremely fit guys. Also, my right leg is messed up as well, so it makes it hard even with so little weight. I caved and did SS.

I'll buy some vegetables this weekend. This could be phase 1.

Welp I'm dumb - didn't read the black text in the OP, sorry. You don't have to black all that stuff out by the way. Keep on smith squatting and maybe try just the empty bar with the free weight for a while. Congrats on starting phase 1 of veg, I recommend broccoli or cauliflower to go with that chicken.

I tried one arm deadlifts at the gym the other day since injured my hand and I couldn't even do a single rep. Another good vegetable option would be those microwave steamer bags they have in the frozen food isle at the grocery store.
