It's sighted for an open sight picture. The two dots on the circle line up with the two forks of the front sight, not the third dot. It was actually easier for me than regular iron sights that cover half of the target.

He probably had below radar unlocked. It actually works like it's supposed to now. Most people realize that and just fly low. Which is great for the RPG. I do the same NBA Jam references. Kill 3 guys shooting down one helicopter? "BOOMSHAKALAKA"

The thing about stingers is that they reduced their max range and fixed below radar on air vehicles. So if they're close to the ground, you can't lock on and if they run away you can't lock on. I like to use the RPG/SMAW but if you want a lock on the javelin would probably be better if you have a SOFLAM up.

It's like halfway through the unlocks? If you're not a good pilot it doesn't really matter because it's not hard to just shoot you out of the sky with an unguided tank shell or RPG (one shot kills post patch). That's if you don't just hit a tree or something and crater, of course. It's dangerous to be that close to the ground for long. Doesn't do the stinger any favors, though. Also keep in mind that a good hit from the canister shell will kill or disable you as well. There was never a centurion on the nosehair carrier. Pity really, because it'd be a fantastic balancing decision that'd drive players to fight away from the carrier. I'm also down for BC2 fun whenever, cause I got it last week, and it's fun, innit.
