Seems like they're attempting to give people more specialized play options alongside the generic "one mode only all maps" servers. Most of these new server variants seem to add a blend of game modes. All have "-[DICE]-" as a prefix.

It didnt take very long for my server to fill up which is nice. As admin you can change every aspect of the server and i'm pretty sure the admin amount is not limited. You can make any player a VIP so they skip the queue and jump into the server first. Yesterday I set the max players until the round sets at 2. Chalupa and I battled it out teabagging each other until the server filled up. Easy way to unlock your assignments and medals.
