So I grabbed this last night and played around with it for a few hours but I seemed to have hit a wall.

For 15 minutes of work, and a new email address, I can make a new account/character and spam the capsule machine with the ~7500 points you get from the first two rank ups.

I tried doing this 3 times, taking roughly 18 shots at the 1200 A class suit but never got it. Does your character have to be a certain rank to actually get those in the capsule machine or is it just completely RNG based?

Is there a better way to do this early on then just spamming new characters? I tried doing some of the 4 player coop missions for points but they are coming in really slow.

I know this is a f2p and they will be making their money on the cash shop, but is there any better way to get into a gundam early on then just spamming the capsule machine with new accounts and getting lucky?

I couldn't find a way to delete characters off an account either, is this just not possible at all?

You can delete suits using the 'scrap' button in the 'My Room' page. You even get 400 points back.

Thanks for the tip, looks like I'll have a few more shots at getting that Gundam on each account.

As a new player should I even be trying to go for A-ranks yet? I was going for the GP-03, but I could just get one of those 7500 B-rank ones guaranteed.

Could one go for the mission/quest given Gundam models with just the starter mobile suit/zaku?

To answer you questions, you can get any of the MSs from the capsule from sheer luck, but trading is prohibited, so your "Spam the machine with multiple accounts" plan wouldn't work to begin with. To answer your second, you have to select the character from your room and click "Scrap",you'll get a few points too for scrapping them.

Thanks for the answers, I was planning on rolling with whatever character name I came up with at the time once I got that MS. I finally decided that doing this was dumb, and got the same Gundam I was trying to get after about 2 hours worth of missions .

Out of the 6K points we need to level up the clan and get the new 60 member cap we have 477 points. I think what we need to do is start coordinating playtimes and grinding PVP matches to get way more points way faster but the problem with that is that nobody is ever on the clan PVP ever so we have nobody to fight.

I guess if we were ever really desperate to get to the 60 cap and we had 8 people on regularly we could make a backup clan to fight against though.

Since the only way I can rank up now is through pvp, I'd be down for grinding some matches out. I just made an Aile Strike that I am working on as well.

Not sure how strict they are about dummy clans, but I do fight myself in 1v1 pvp matches sometimes to finish the dailies quickly .

Yeah, three fully leveled Psyco Gundams and a fully leveled Apsalus-II can wreck pretty much any mission, even on hard. Just remember to use your beam special, not your melee special.

Though you lose your defense skill when you use your special until you gather additional SP. Keep that in mind if you are tanking stuff or taking hits.

That's what I did, but I was only able to get 200ish astros out of it. Many of the offers never seem to complete, and others are confusing because they use the same download adware mechanism. They also track application installs by ip, so I can't spam my other accounts from here for more.

The watch a video offers can net you 3-5 astros per day, new accounts can probably get 12-15 on their first run through. You only have to watch the videos for 10 seconds or so, I was watching my email and they were crediting me long before the video was over.

None of this is really worth it, but something inside me tells me I should do this over spending real cash for tiny gundams.

Current stable I am working on, missing from this is ApsII and GP-03:

How far along is the US version compared to the Asian versions? I used to play the Taiwan version and had a number of SS and S ranked Gundam. Stopped because it used to lag so hard. Are those out in the U.S version yet? Also, are "trainers" allowed for missions? Trainers were pretty much the only way to get S ranked Gundam without wanting to pull your hair out.

For Pvp, it's probably worth uploading some videos on how to slide and animation cancel your melee attacks. Also how to use the melee dash coupled with cancels in order to get "infinite boost".

Highest rank in game right now are the AR and AS ranks. There are 30 capsule machines in place I believe, and they just added Strike Launcher/Hiaku plans to the store. Some plans are drop-only right now like Shining BM.

The only 00 units have come from Gashapon/Online Store I believe, with Exia currently being sold right now.

No idea when S ranks are coming, I've been assembling the suits from Freedom and trying to make sure I have enough to buy the plan whenever that becomes available.

What are trainers?

Outside of the plans I should be ok on Freedom, assuming I can roll Calamity or get the BP to drop from Expert ApsII. And the only thing annoying about Strike Freedom is the Sword Strike. Outside of point farming for the plans I think these will be a good start.

Although my Shining Gundam BM puts me in a good position for S-rank God/Master Gundams and SS God Gundam + Fuunsaiki as well, if riding a horse Gundam around is your thing (which it should be).

Some of the cooler units like 00-raiser have crazy requirements though and the capsule for those units are ~15k a roll.

Getting all of the points needed to buy these plans is going to be the worst, though at the rate they are releasing units/plans there should be plenty of time.

So much for making units ahead of time, I wonder how much Astro they expect people to pay for these.

Played around with Wing Zero (EW) and its pretty decent at pvp, just don't let anything get into melee distance of you :/. Its a pretty nice mission grinder as well, though I'm dumping my C/OC points into HP/Def so I am not so paper thin. I would have beaten Single Mission Space Hard with it if it had slightly more hp.

S rank units are really costly to recharge too, my c3 recharge was running 1080 points.

Well, this game is amazing.

I was playing with pubbies in a Rise, Gundam! (Hard) room trying to finish part of a quest. The first time we start out, a few of the zakus fall through the ground or become invincible, and when the cutscene where Gundam, well, rises, the laying down model doesn't disappear, so Gundam rises out of its own stomach. We made a few baffled comments, and carried on without much else happening. We wound up losing by about a second, so we had to do it again.

Second time, the zakus sometimes wouldn't move, and we'd occasionally take huge amounts of damage out of nowhere. One of the players died in the first part because of it. Some of the zakus also went invincible, like the last time. It was followed by the same Gundam coming out of Gundam's stomach cutscene happening. The next battle with the two named zakus was stupidly easy, because they just stood there, not attacking, while Gundam flew out of the game area and disappeared.

When we got to the space part, Gundam was back. And it was attacking us. Another player goes down to Gundam, but we still finish because the enemies are still motionless. Apparently tired of trying to kill us, Gundam flies away and suddenly takes a huge amount of damage and dies. The zakus actually start attacking at that point, but once they're wiped out, Char arrives, completely motionless.

We killed him in 30 seconds by standing behind him and critting him to death while he did nothing.

Sounds like your leader was jamming the room. Ive seen that happen before as well and it was usually player caused.

So basically I shouldn't bother trying to grind Psycho Gundam? Guess I'll focus on lower ranked units then.

Get Psycho to at least Ace, I got the mission reward one to OC4 so I could pump some points into agility and speed. Psycho is one of the best mission completion suits and you'll find that you need it (or one of the other MA's) for Hard and Expert missions.

You can farm Expert ApsII with 4 Psychos in 2-3 minutes, and it gives you the best chance of getting random blueprint drops. That's how I got my Shining Gundam BM plans long before the shops got them.

Leveling up a unit is not really bad at all either, especially during events. Join any mission rooms in the Beginners channel that are on the Battleship of Gunfire Easy mission. Preferably join ones that say EXP farming or something like that. You can complete that mission in 1-2 minutes with a good team and it is one of the best ways to team farm mission xp.

Also, you should spend your 15 daily xp clovers on solo missions for the most effective time/xp + points ratio. Run solo mission Space Easy with a fast suit that has multiple long range weapons. You should be able to complete the mission in less than 3 minutes (its time based so you cap out at around 2:50ish) and it rewards you with 288 points and 288 xp. During Event weekends those rewards can be modified to be into the high 300's. Note that once the Clovers are gone, these missions only give 3xp or so so stop doing them after that.

Doing these 15 dailies will net you 4320 xp and points per day for less than an hour of playing, though closer to 4k points factoring in the cost of recharging your unit. This is best done with a Unit that is OC3 or higher for the halved recharge cost.

Tried the moon base mission again and failed because my entire team was getting destroyed left and right. Psycho Gundam's specials can't even reach the moon base either

Psycho's beam weapon should reach the target fine as long as you are shooting near its Eye. There are two rather well hidden missile silos on the back left and right of the moon base that you can take out if missiles are a problem. The trick to that mission is to never stop moving as those melee units will tear you apart.

I noticed that in almost all cases it is better to just straight up buy the ~4k suit instead of playing the capsule machine odds, unless there is something else in the machine that you are going for already.

You can make that 4k in a day if you use your clovers on space mission easy, I posted this video earlier of it: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nN_Kwhluy1M . I haven't made a new video using the suggestions provided in the comments, but I also haven't been playing much lately.

Anyone here have a Wing Zero Custom? I recently made a Wing Zero and I'm unsure if it's worth the effort to make WZC.

I used the free Astro offers to purchase my Wing Gundam (EW). The unit is a great mid-long range machine, but it will get torn up if you let any rock units get near it. The dual beam cannons on the EWC work really well, and if you time it you can hit different targets with each beam. If your team gives you room to snipe, the sniping mode can be really useful as well (with 2 ATK your damage is capped out).

Overall I was impressed with the unit, but I never played on the Korean servers so I only have experience with a handful of S-ranks. I linked a video of my playing it previously (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nN_K...etailpage#t=36s) but there are also plenty of pvp videos of it on youtube.

Whether or not its worth making for parts is up to you, I used Astros to avoid the hassle of trying to acquire all of those more expensive capsule suits.
