This is really cool and I hope nobody minds the shameless bump, but I watched all the videos you posted and I have a couple of questions: How do you get to be a ref? It seems to be a pretty important position in the ceremony of it all, so I was wondering if the refs were all well known like the wrestlers. How do people get their sumo names? Is it just random or do they have some kind of meaning? I've read some people changed their names, is this a big deal or is it commonplace?
