I've had this as my pet theory for awhile about One Piece. The only other possibility all depends on when he left Gol D. Roger's pirate crew. Did he ever make it to Raftel or did he go his separate ways after getting his Devil Fruit Powers? I remember him having a conversation with Shanks after Roger's death but my memory is fuzzy.

Also at first I hated Franky's new design, Mainly because I missed the hair (drat that do is styling on him) But this storyline has helped me out considerably in warming up to his changes. Surprised at Law becoming an Shichibukai... Didn't expect to see him anywhere near the entrance of the New World. Interesting times are coming... can't wait to see what they do. Ninja edit: whoops forgot the close that spoiler off. Hope no one saw that.

If I'm remembering right, then Law could've hunted them down, presented their hearts and got the offer to be a warlord. Your memory is fine, and it was probably a way to keep things on the down-low so the government wouldn't have to officially announce their release to the people and lose more face. Just find them, kill them, and hide them wherever. Don't let them be seen again. Best moment this drat arc so far? HEY! HEY! FRANKY HEY! HE'S A TANK BUT HE'LL STEP OUTSIDE FOR FLOWERS (pianissimo!) SSSSSUUUUUUUPPPPPAAAHHHH Also sanji at the top... Priceless...

Scratchman Apoo posted:I don't believe so, seastone makes them feel weak as if they're being impacted by seawater. They wouldn't be able to do anything like swim feeling like that. Correct. Just touching it acts like you are submerged in water. It drains devil fruit users of their power. Depending on how much is present or how it is crafted, it can also just restrain or nullify powers (as in the handcuffs at Enis Lobby or the nets used on Buggy in Lougetown). The reason Smoker isn't affected by his weapon is the sheath neutralizes the power and keeps it from touching him and when it's out, it's at the far tip of the weapon only, way out of reach for it to have an effect.

Was rereading the Luffy/Ace/Sabo Flashback arc and came across something weird. I don't think this has been brought up either...![]() Django?! The guy in front looks like him after he took over the Black cat Pirates, but the man behind him has the same Micheal Jacksonesque pose. Maybe reading to much into it though...

At least in the east blue and early Grand line the antics of his were toned down, but seriously, last arc's hook on Sanji actually dieing of a nose bleed just hurt to read. ...Then again, without it we wouldn't have had such a touching moment with Jimbei and Luffy so I'm torn over all this.

Because of this you lose some Yasopp/Usopp Character development, a bad assed shot, where the hell Usopp got his goggles, and a spoiled brat character. Kinda breaks even with the last part actually (she is so annoying)... It's cool to consider canon but it's not necessary.

This is the second lab full of stuff he started but never finished that we've seen, after all. I can also picture a man like spandam making demands on Vegapunk. Immediately when his research shows results, he causes him to go on to the next job without fully implementing it or fully researching the consequences of what it can do. That or if he's working on something promising he gets shuffled on to the next project. Vegapunk might not have a choice either because he wants to finish his heating project for his island and they are stringing him along. Of course this is all speculation though but just a thought.

He never seemed to be the type to do so. Garp was always an oddball, even in the cover arc he was out there. That and being that it's his grandson doing it and making an impact, he can't help but admire him. Sengoku is probably not pleased. As the straight-man, seeing his organization and post screwed over by reemerging factions and internal squabbles he's probably frustrated. Also was Sengoku's name like the Admirals? Is it a code name? I can't remember if it was ever revealed.
