Giants have a video up on their website about the changes. Very little's changed, but there are two things: Going to wear team-colored footwear/cleats rather than the black (they look mostly blue with red). And they're going to be wearing the road pants (gray with red and blue stripes down the side) for both home and away games. He said that they're "going to one pant in preparation for the 2013 season which is all I can say at this time" so it sounds like there will be a change coming up.

Most importantly the shoulder stripes for the new Bengals won't be two different materials. The top stripe looks like it was crazy glued on in the old uniforms. Really bothers you after you first notice it.
