Are you gaining body weight when doing so? Because that could be the reason. If you gain strength while maintaining the same body weight I don't see how your pushups could go down. Dips can also be useful for that as one person pointed out.

Hey guys, what is going on I don't understand.

Are you basing your max on 1RM 3RM or 5RM? What sort of program are you doing it in?

Also, finally squatted 260 X 5 X 3 again after having 5 interruptions working back up to. I hope to keep on till at least 315 if not 350.
