That's goddamn tiring.

The joy of being done with front squats last for about 30 seconds, or until I realize I have to do them again in a week or so.

Serious cramps. Better get some Midol.

Miserable as always, and I busted the hell out of my shin somewhere in there. Didn't even notice when it happened.

I think the guy running the event is doing it, a guy named Ed Cosner. Looking forward to it! The $25 entry fee is worth the seminar/clinic alone.

My left knee was feeling a little weird yesterday; so I took a rest day. Bench Pressin Today, and I'll be doing some interval cardio tomorrow.

First time it's been dry for a few days in a row around here; so I went to the park to do some hill sprints. That mean two rounds of 10 hill sprints, and I did 15 pushups after each sprint.

Took about 3-4 minutes of rest inbetween sets.
