Cardio day today. First time it's been dry for a few days in a row around here; so I went to the park to do some hill sprints. That mean two rounds of 10 hill sprints, and I did 15 pushups after each sprint. Took about 3-4 minutes of rest inbetween sets.

I didn't have a chance to eat much yesterday, and I sure felt it at the gym. Lifting weights is hard. Squat: 5 x 275, 3 x 305, 5 x 345. Front Squat: 10 x 155, 155, 155*, 155, 155. *Slight pause after this set in which I nearly Glute/Ham Raise: 10 x BW + 15, BW + 15, BW + 15, BW + 15, BW + 15. Standing Cable Ab Pulldowns: 10 x 110, 110, 110, 110, 110. And now that it's saturday, I'm heading off to the gym in a couple hours to mil press.
