I found that after I started running further my times for 5km got much faster. Running is totally boring though.

I'll try it on weights day. The only reason I do crossfit style workouts is because I would no no cardio if left to my own devices. I'm apparently good at running but hate it.

Good luck on the TOXX You look like you still have a way to go for the 3 plate squat. How is your 1rm deadlift looking.

Also I'm going to be in England (London) next week. Tell me what is fun to do there on a Saturday as I have no idea.
