I mean, yeah, lots of drafts have a bunch of guys who don't make it, but the big thing in '03 was the top 6 guys combined for 14.7 WAR, and 10.6 of that's Rickie Weeks. Take him out and you've got three guys who didn't make it, an okay starter, a second baseman who only became worth his #2 pick at 27, and the top overall pick is worth less than replacement level!
