Didn't see this posted (But I'm trying to avoid what few things that haven't been spoiled this late in the game), but PC Gamer gave it a 93%.

This game owns bones. Some of the stuff that we saw in the script is admittedly bad, but not as terrible as it turned out to be. This is at least as good as Mass Effect 2.

Elcor question/problem How do I accomplish the mission to the Elcor homeworld for the Elcor ambassador? I scan the planet and nothing happens. I had already been there before to pick up the artifact.

Just beat the game, really enjoyed it, and multiplayer owns too. Watch EA break up the community with $10 (Don't know the equivalent in Bioware Bucks) map pack. I didn't think the ending I got was terrible, although I'm looking forward to finishing my NG+ so I can get the ending that has [spoiler] the Volus dancing and singing with the Normandy crew like the end of Return of the Jedi[/spoilr] Vega is also the lamest Krogan squadmate yet.

End game: So aren't the Elcor and Volus basically wiped out now after the Reapers took the Citadel and offed all the refugees there? They had already lost their homeworlds and I don't think either species had that many colonies. RIP.
