I just watched last night episode.... I am in total agreement with those saying it was as riveting an episode as "The Suitcase". So many great scenes! Supreme LOVE for Peggy's green shoes! Hell yes to Joan getting rid of Dr. Rapey. I bet Roger will start giving Joan copious amounts of cash now that's she's going to be a single mother. Totally insanity over Grandma Francis giving Sally one of her "mother's little helpers"; but she was also from the generation that would have rubbed rum on a teething babies gums. Should be interesting to see if Sally starts helping herself to any drugs in the house. And of course...Don's fevered dream reeled me completely in....and I loved every minute of it! The previews for next week didn't really reveal much at all as to what's in store next, but I am so eager to see what they have up their sleeve!

The purse scene seemed weak to me because it was illogical. I have a place in my house where I always put my purse, just as my husband has a place where he always puts his wallet. Even drunk Peggy would have naturally collected her purse without a second thought to go hang it on her bedpost, or put it with her briefcase, or wherever her usual place for it would be.
