My first playthrough, I got totally hosed up by the flying dragon flOw things on the summit That was quite a surprise! I feel it is not far removed from flOwer's 5th, "darkness", stage.

Really enjoyed my $15.

Did you capture this yourself and if so, how? As far as my cursory searches have told me, it's not possible using the ps3 alone. I'd love to learn otherwise.

VVVVVV: Unfortunately, once the detail is taken away it can't be put back, even with Photoshop. Though Journey is a 720p game, so blown-up images suffer the same fate.

I have a capture card that does 720p/1080i over component. Still frames usually don't suffer, though I think my device is showing age as ghosting appears in the raw footage now, instead of just on the monitor.

If there any other scenes I can try and cap them, though I'd like a bit of direction as to what exactly.

I haven't checked, and not exactly sure on the specifics of ps3 upscaling[+ journey], but I can try forced 1080 mode for a better source image. I only suggest this due to knowing flOwer worked this way, when I got some still captures from that game.

I would highly suggest having them play on a new save (backup->delete if need be) because when I have showed it off, both times the guest was able to skip to later parts completely on accident. (when the player reaches that central hub, or mistakenly teleports to stage select by mistake.)

Claimed the other one myself. Waiting a week to get that one trophy whilst I sperg out on Armored Core.

You can just set your ps3 clock ahead one week, then reset it after the trophy pops.

What if you have two PlayStation's and a LAN connection?

Nope I have tried. it is very hard to "sync" up a connection in which both players will get thrown into the same game.

When I tried it I had 2 US psn accounts, both trying to enter/exit and complete things at the same time, to best fit with where the co-op segment would start, and I had no dice. (arguably it could be since it was still early launch period, so the player pool was far higher, resulting in a higher chance at having a non-friend paired up)

I'm still going to try in a week or so, just to get that blasted "cross the bridge" without being complete trophy.

Very fun to watch and listen to at the same time.

It would be sweet if the guy that did FlOwer were to do this too.
