Yeah I remember his blog post about a CD of alternate unreleased cues. I recall the original episode of Pegasus when Cain arrives had a completely different score (Lords of Kobol) than what appeared on the extended episode on the DVD and on the soundtrack. It was this wonderfully foreboding cue that hinted at things to come.
