Unfortunately, he hits more of a line drive that gets snagged by a charging 3b.

3b then fires to 1b to double off Barmes, but there's nobody remotely in the vicinity of 1st and it goes into short right/foul territory. So Barmes ends up on 2nd anyway in the best sac bunt ever.

It's like he's a terrible 1B who, much like an aurochs trying and failing to immediately reverse direction, couldn't stop himself from crossing the base and interfering with the runner's path.

It'd be great if the runner had taken a fist-first leap like Superman under the guise of trying to slide to the bag.

It's perfect GIF material too since he just lays their motionless for several frames. I think the wide shot captures the speed of the play/fall better than the shot from the dugout camera.
