To be honest I think the Walter P38 is loving hideous too but people get LIVID when I say that

I know WHY people like them; I get it. But I have always thought they were seriously ugly.

Totally agreed. I'm a Walther fanboy and the only Walthers I have no interest in owning are the PK380, P22 and the P38. For me I think it's the hammer that ruins it. It just looks like an ugly mess of random parts. It was better as the AP:

Oh, I forgot about the PPQ. Another Walther I don't care about. Just tacky looking, especially those slide serrations. Reminds me of some of the hideous custom 1911s I've seen tasteless people order.

I think someone mentioned this in the photo thread recently:

If the SCAR stock is a giant UGG boot, then the Mossberg Levershit looks like a gimpy robot leg

like maybe the robot had CPU palsy as a young prototype or something

which would mean the robot was designed to be defective

I think someone around here had some experiences with the thing (I think?). Apparently it's basically if a Judge was made by Kel-Tec but worse than that implies. Like some Kel-Tec that exists during a war in the Soviet Union.

Yeah, I messed with one at a gunshow once. I think it was $5-600 and I thought that was way too much.

On the topic of palm pistols, there's the Shattuck, forerunner to the Mossberg Brownie.

I didn't know about this before this thread, and I'd never try to defend this as an attractive gun, but that thing owns.

I also weirdly like the prototype 1911A1 VV

The very first gun I thought of when I saw the thread title was the Bren. The second gun was this:

I own one and I love it but goddrat is it ugly.
