This may be more BSS than TG but I feel like this is an appropriate place to mention Grant Morrison's Flex Mentallo, Man of Muscle Mystery. Unfortunately, Mr. Mentallo's actual powers are pretty ill defined. I suppose that is the Mystery aspect. It mostly manifests as a type of telekinesis, and a quite visible aura that proclaims to all who witness that he is, in fact, the Hero of the Beach. At the very least, we know that in the 60's he attempted to flex hard enough to turn the pentagon into a circle, but his efforts were thwarted by the men from N.O.W.H.E.R.E.
