You do realize that Episode 3 of that game series is currently in development, right?

The series never got finished because the PA guys didn't have enough time to contribute by that point, and the studio was already off to making other successful projects.

No amount of contact or direct requests on our part (and there were many) seemed to help. They simply gave us no support - not one single, tiny little shout-out. Why this disclaimer? Well, Kickstarter insists on "transparency." So here it is. They will not allow us to delete this project, so we have to broadcast our opinion in the name of "transparency", for anyone who may see it after we've canceled the project and all funding with Kickstarter. It's totally Kickstarter's loss, man.

Horrendous song. I think she even sang about shaking her booty. Shaking her underage rear end, and London Bridge...all at one ear-splitting destination! My favorite though, is that crappy video game where ~nyoron~awkward grim-reaper anime girl shoots sickles at smiling cubes in a pastel world, with droning stock piano music. Christonacracker, is that bad.

I was inspired by the podcast posted earlier in the thread, and would like to propose a new game, Kickstarter Roulette. Much like Russian Roulette except nobody has to die. You find a particularly bad project that has no hope of funding, and at the last second you donate within a dollar so that they feel that much worse thinking they were that close to getting it. The Roulette is potentially being the majority shareholder of someone's drug induced student film thesis or lunch with a hipster making gigantic novelty cell phones

It seems like Indie Go Go is more worthy of our hate. At least Kickstarter prevents partial funding where people can take the money and run under the excuse "I didn't get enough to get this thing started, and I can't just take a loan or anything, lol!" Although Kickstarter's over-funding aspect is also risky.

So, what if someone put a sports counter on a keychain attached to a $8 metal bottle? I think that puts the price at $10 total with sales tax. Plus this one automatically carries numbers and stuff. I'm not saying it's a good idea, I'm just mystified that a bad idea is also executed so poorly with 8 people working at it.

Yeah, sure I mean I guess 99,999$ is too much with a completed product design, but the product is designed nice and looks like it's pretty much ready for market. I'm not terribly familiar with product distribution and marketing but I imagine instead of kickstarter most companies would just roll the dice and take out a loan to release the product they've already created, designed, and made promotional material for, and not, you know, essentially beg for money. It's a little sketchy but the product isn't terrible and it's certainly well designed I also have no idea if this is terrible or fantastic. Probably terrible http://www.kickstarter.com/projects...f=home_location
