During the stress test I was all "I might as well transfer to SoS for the hour or two before the final wipe for no particular god drat reason." In other loving words  to running with Goons and Aussies who have a 3 day weekend!Now I have to spend the next two weeks making builds like a tool to decide what I want to try next, just down to engineer, mes, thief, ele, ranger or guardian. Simple, right?

I am quite pleased with the date given that it's a long weekend for me! This time I'll be patched and ready to play all weekend long. Maybe I'll play my Human Mesmer a bit this time, last time I mostly played my Norn Warrior (who I enjoyed but played solo) and my Charr Elementalist (who I also enjoyed and played with a friend).

You've got twenty different flavors of denial and can stand toe to toe with anything up to five levels your senior in PvE if you know what you're doing. If you don't manage groups properly you will be swarmed to death, but you're god in any one on one fight.

 For this coming beta weekend, Starfleet Dental is going to be forming a guild to hang out in and try things out. For WvW purposes (and everything else if guesting is disabled), our home server is going to be Fort Aspenwood. This is going to be our dry run for release so things will be smooth as possible. Assuming some other poor sap doesn't step up to invite people to Goon Squads, this BWE belongs to Dental it seems. As far as we know, nothing has been done yet about guild sizes. During the stress test, all 5 guilds were kind of empty because of the lovely time and I ended up kicking people out 2 to invite new people so everyone could be together. Who knows how many people from BWE1 will play this time, so probably your best bet is to just start over with Dental. Oh unless you are a Euro goon then I reckon Mono has plans of his own that he will post soon.

Starfleet Dental has always been intended as a really casual guild where we just mess around and hopefully have a good time. For some reason a shitload of people joined us in STO and TOR and our “casual first” message probably didn’t actually translate that well into the game once we had over 500 people and tried to accommodate everyone. Dental was never supposed to be the “main goon guild” and it really shouldn’t be. People joining Dental simply because it’s supposedly the main goon guild or something are probably going to be disappointed. People joining Dental because they hate the Asura, love Dear Leader, or want to yell at Arus on mumble are going to have a better time of it.

I guess with their leveling system you very well can just keep leveling higher higher though you will be doing it in equal or lower level zones as the 40+ zones should still be blocked off.
