Hello. I am a young white man with no real future or prospects. I noticed that another white man was beheaded in broad daylight by someone with dark skin and a funny accent, which makes me both angry and afraid. Is there anything that the EDL might be able to do to help me feel more powerful and in control?

This guy is beyond stupid. When I checked their facebook this morning they had a video of their "troops" on the streets of Woolwich with a caption along the lines of "GO HOME, LET THE POLICE ATTEMPT TO PROTECT YOU" next to their attempt at a sombre official statement. It has since been removed.

I saw the Newcastle EDL march earlier today. It was fairly standard, police presence greatly outnumbered the EDL, as did the counter protest. The turnout was much lower than three years ago, lower than I thought it'd be too. The English Disco Lovers were represented again, sadly without a dance tent this time though. Tommeh was there, being a bit racist and posing for photos. I can't help but imagine those pictures being framed and displayed with pride on the living room walls of fash across the county. Abdul Sallam was also there, adding a real feeling of exploitation to the day. Newcastle bigg market is not unused to being piss soaked on any day of the week, and especially not during the weekend, but when I walked down there the stench was overpowering. They've also carpeted the ground with empty high strength lager cans. Nice one lads. I went to a city pub this afternoon for a quick pint, I was served in a plastic glass. Precaution for if they decide to drink in the city tonight too. Racists spoil everything.

Is Abdul Sallam the one who's banned from Rangers games for singing unsavoury songs about the Pope? Because I watched a Vice documentary about the Old Firm with him in it and he looked...er...not right, to put it mildly. He was a sort of ironic hero to the Rangers fans too, which just seemed exploitative to me.
