It's actually even less important than an achievement because it doesn't add any points to your achievement score.

It's not even an achievement - Feats of Strength are a separate category for taking part in unique events that don't count towards game completion %. In other Blizzard games you could get a Feat for going to Blizzard con for example or logging in on game's 6th anniversary. The only indication that you have the Feat for other players is that you get an additional sigil you can pimp your character sheet with. It's ridiculous.
