Having worked phone support before, and having been screamed at for issues even less serious than "I can't log in the second the game launches", I imagine everyone at Blizzard's call center asked for the 14th-15th off months in advance. My hat is off to you, you poor Blizzard support people.

These are really hardcore players though. Diablo III is actually longer than Diablo II classic. More importantly, it's a hell of a lot more interesting.
