20% more fire damage taken seems like a pretty significant drawback. Is that helm even worth much (without a socket) seeing as how Mempo exists? Or is the poison nova proc actually worthwhile. Even without LS that wand is sick, though.

Found this oculus last night. Not sure why it's so much worse than my triumvirate. Does the 3 stack of % elemental damage boost your dps by that much? Is that even included in the damage numbers? What if I didn't have a black weapon??? Triumvirate for comparison:

I sold a lower damage one like that(o/s), for the equivalent of like 30 million but I had to RMAH to bliz balance to gold. The price on the GAH at the time was like 15 million but wouldn't sell.

It's a decent ring that will sell for a few million but most buyers aren't looking for much Vitality on their jewelry. Remove it from the search and you'll get more reasonable results.

 I normally wouldn't ask for pricing help, but I was hoping somebody could give me a hand. This dropped for me tonight in hardcore mode. There really isn't much to compare it with on the hardcore AH, just a couple of rings around 30m that are not quite as good, and one that is about the same as mine and is priced at 500m. I was wondering if anyone had an idea on what would be a fair price for this ring on the hardcore AH?

Something else to keep in mind for Andys is that a 9% IAS roll adds a large premium, so if yours has it compare prices to other 9% helms.

Ended up selling that Litany of the Undaunted for 150m. It went pretty fast so I think I could of done better. Still pretty pleased, it was the most I made in one sale ever.
