We should have some sort of Wiki page or something that a lot of people can modify daily with auction house trends. Am I correct in compiling from the last couple days: The low end AllRes/Vit/Primary Stat market is drying out. Used to be you could find a fair amount of 20AllRes/30Vit/~30MainStat pieces for <30k and flip them for a solid 100k average, this seems to be less available and less lucrative now. There logically should be a market for slightly higher gear, same stats, maybe 50/50/50, worth around 250-300k? ASpd Rings and Amulets with ~30-50 stats, AllRes/Vit/MainStat preferred of course, worth around 500k? More for Magic Find/Gold Find? I've heard whispers of an IRC channel, do we have one?

That is a particularly nice roll with vitality so it would probably fetch more but that would require effort on his part to actually scroll through the 5 whole pages to see where ones that affix with vitality are.

It's listed at 1053 gold. It's even on the pic you posted :???: For serious though, I dont know if there are any of that particular legendary on the market, but search for rares/legendaries with dex and vit. Then double the highest price because people seem to love legendaries. I totally missed the pun by the way... And now for my pricing question... This more has to do with how to treat socketed items in the AH. Someone was complaining that you can't filter out/for socketed items and I kind of agree that it confuses the system a little. I just had this drop and don't know what to do with it:  It's not great but it has solid defense and the resistance isn't so bad. I should definitely slap some gems into it if I want it to sell and I have a bunch of flawless square gems lying around. A ruby and two amethyst would boost it to be a better item for barbarians but I just dont know what would work best. I'll try searching for items of the same level with comparable stats in str/vit with all permutations of those gems placed in this piece and figure it out. EDIT: well I didnt know that, but I was referring to the fact that when you filter for 100 int for example, it uses the total bonus of the item including sockets. If you are just looking for one stat, an amulet with 100 int is worth less than an amulet with 90 int and a ruby (which you can swap for a topaz). Haha just got a 20% reduction string of ears for 30k, got poo poo other stats but the perfect roll on reduction should make it pretty valuable at least.

Just finally hit a spot of luck in an Azmodan farming run. Head to the AH with about 20 million worth of goods. Put 2 weapons up. Both of them don't show. Infact pretty much every single item I have listed on the AH has only not sold because they don't show up. Getting really annoying, i've seen so many items I want to buy that I could easily afford if the AH worked at all.

You probably overpaid a little, but not enough to be kicking yourself. The resists are low but the +armor and massive int make up for it.

I assume you're an intelligence-based class? If so that seems pretty decent for that price. An amulet high in both a primary stat and vitality is already fairly valuable (and 245 int is very, very good). The resistance is quite low but the armor is good. I'd say you paid about market value, perhaps a bit over. But you didn't get ripped off.

Heh, someone was selling 1 socket tal'rasha guardianship for 1.5M. The catch is the socket had a star topaz in it so I bought that, replaced the gem with a topaz and put it back for 1.4M and it sold pretty quick.

I know this thread has basically turned into Antiques Roadshow where people ask others for prices of their goods, but I've come across something that I'm not quite sure if it's as good as I think it is. I have 0 clue on how to price this. I want it to sell and not take up 1/10 of my auction items so I want to price it correctly but I don't know what would be a good value to start it at.
