I'm not sure I like mage. How gimped will I be if I switched out to Strider when I'm a lvl 14 rank 5 mage? Also hire my pawn Samson. He's a tough fighter and strong as two men.

I spent a couple hours trying to do that Mercedes escort with no healing because I'm dumb, all because I wanted that sword reward that sells for like 100k. I never got it, I got some shield instead. My pawn can use it but I really could use that cash

I wish the female bandit camp had a place to rest. I went up there and did quests and now it's gotten dark and I'm far away from everything and the monsters are strong And my huge burly dude pawn is stuck in a fancy dress.

I know there's been complaining about the lack of fast travel but if there was then I wouldn't have had a grand adventure going from the Great Wall back to Gran Soren. I had to fight a whole mess of Dire Wolves and Snow Harpies, a Cyclops, 2 Chimeras, 2 Ogres (at once! In the dark!), lots of bandits and undead warriors, and as soon as I got within sight of the Gran Soren gates a gang of Sorcerers showed up. I started out in the morning and by the time I got back to the city it was late at night. The game has lots of problems but no other game gives me that same sense of ~adventure~ that this one does. Also Evil Canadian your pawn likes to fall off cliffs.

I was just going to complain that no one ever recruits my pawn but she just came back with almost a million RC and a huge amount of high end items. If it was one of you guys then thanks! edit: and she came back dressed as a whore. Thanks a lot

This game has so many problems in a lot of areas but it's also one of the rare games I can sit down to play and hours pass before I know it. I hope they actually improve things for DD2

How to get to forts the easy way like a busta Follow the red line from Cassardis to get to the Shadow Fort. When you get past the bandit ambush after the canyon near the encampment you'll see a ridge with a forest to the right and the ruins to the left. Hug the ridge on the top side and you'll pass a ton of saurians and a chimera. You'll have to fight some goblins. Cut across and head to the camp. Rest, then go through the woods, hugging the wall to avoid most goblin packs. Easy!
