Hi guys...

I have a WD Elements external HDD always plugged to my computer. The thing is, ten minutes ago I was trying to create an Ubuntu live usb using some random iso-to-usb application, and I clicked "format and create" without noticing that the unit selected in the list was actually my HDD and not the usb stick i wanted to do the live usb into.

Now it won't even recognise the HDD anymore, I guess it's because the System file is something called RAW. I guess that if I format it back to ntfs it will recognise it but before doing that, I wanna know if there's any way to recover any of my data, since I used this HDD to put old pictures that are irretrievable now among some other data that is almost impossible to find...

ps: i just checked the troubleshooting FAQ and i guess this thread can be deleted, sorry bout postin it but i felt in the biggest rush of my life
