That actions wheel seems to give some level of limitation as to what you can do and I hope that means there's multiple ways to tackle objectives. It's not like it's an impossible framework to build in a sandbox game; the GTA games have had plenty of missions with multiple solutions. Regardless, if you can also go into a free roam mode and devise new and exciting combinations of power grid fuckery to wreck the city, this is a day 1 buy for me.
