New IP or sequel. The real problem is that E3 conferences are the worst venue to really get a good understanding of a new game. They only have a few minutes to demonstrate their game to the audience so of course they're going to want to show the coolest stuff. And they don't want any flubs so everything is going to be scripted. The final product may be "Walk From Cutscene to Cutscene: The Game" but we won't really know til later.
